Course Objectives :
- BIG-IP Architecture & Administration: Understanding the TMOS operating system, initial setup, licensing, and managing BIG-IP devices.
- Traffic Management (LTM): Configuring virtual servers, pools, nodes, and load-balancing algorithms (e.g., Round Robin, Ratio, Least Connections) to efficiently distribute traffic.
- Application Availability & Optimization: Setting up health monitors, persistence profiles, and SSL offloading to increase application uptime and response times.
- Global Traffic Management (DNS/GTM): Managing traffic across multiple data centers and configuring DNS resolution for global load balancing.
- Troubleshooting & Security: Analyzing traffic flow, utilizing tcpdump for troubleshooting, and implementing security features like BIG-IP Application Security Manager (ASM).
